This Thanksgiving, we had more than one reason to celebrate. Our Howard Johnson by Wyndham Ocala FL I-75, HDG Legacy’s oldest property, has achieved an outstanding milestone with a net promoter score nearly three times higher than the Howard Johnson brand average of 15.

The Howard Johnson by Wyndham Ocala FL I-75 now holds an impressive net promoter score of 42.55. Over the past 15 months, our incredible team has worked diligently to elevate guest satisfaction. Their dedication to HDG Legacy’s mission, vision, and core values has been evident every single day.

Together with ownership, the team continues to strive for excellence across all four HDG Legacy standards of excellence pillars: Brand, Operations, Financial, and People.

Last week, the team and above-property leadership gathered to break bread, give thanks, and celebrate this achievement. But the celebration didn’t end there. On December 1, we were also joined by Anthony Pizzuto of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, who brought his signature enthusiasm as he delivered heartfelt congratulations. It was truly a day to remember.

As we close out the year, this accomplishment stands as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when passion, teamwork, and purpose align. As a hotel development company, this has allowed us to build our diverse portfolio which includes Howard Johnson, TownePlace, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge and one of Florida’s largest AC Hotels which is currently under construction.
